Jim Pellikan - President and Principal Consultant
Jim is a business operations expert with over 30 years in management and leadership roles. He has run divisions, business units and companies for small to Fortune 100 corporations. His extensive experience comes from moving the needle by being hands on as a leader in Manufacturing, Corporate Finance, Marketing, Sales, Service, Project Management and Implementations.
He has received numerous awards for achievement and has an innate ability to turn operations around . He accomplishes this through quick identification of cause and remediation utilizing operational tools like Lean and Six Sigma to flush out solutions .
Jim earned his undergraduate degree in Finance and General Management then went on to get his MBA from Baldwin Wallace with a concentration in Business Systems (Holistic Organizations). He has completed a variety of leadership training courses and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Jim believes success begins with a focus on empowerment, by developing employees and utilizing frequent coaching to build and strengthen a great team.
Dan Coleman - Freelance Consultant

Over the past twenty years, Dan has trained thousands of people in his non-traditional, custom-designed programs.
Dan has a B.S. from State University of New York and has completed course work towards an M.A. in Creative Studies at the International Center for Creative Studies at Buffalo State College. Charles E. Ducey, Jr - Freelance Consultant
Chuck retired from Diebold Incorporated, in 2013, after 35 years of service. Diebold is a leading provider of self-service and security solutions for financial institutions across the globe. Last position held was Executive Vice President - North American Operations. Responsibilities included leading the company's financial self-service, security and integrated services businesses. The North American Operations accounted for $1.5 billion in revenue, and over 6,000 associates.
Other Diebold experience included Senior Vice President, leading the global software, product and services research & development organization, along with global marketing and product management. Gained valuable experience in the financial discipline as Vice President - Corporate Controller, and Divisional Controller throughout his career.
Chuck earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University, Berea, Ohio, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. Currently serving as a board member for The University of Akron, Dean's Advancement Board, "Arts in Stark" board, and the United Way of Greater Stark County’s Education Impact Council. Chuck also served for 3 years on the advisory board of Kent State University's College of Technology.
Randall R. Wheeler - Freelance Consultant
Randy has been in sales and marketing his entire career of 40 plus years . Randy is a marketing expert that understands creativity, business planning, strategic marketing, market requirement specifications and how Marketing is symbiotic with Sales. He has built and developed sales and marketing teams of various sizes in diverse industries. Randy has been in various Director, VP, SVP, EVP, COO and CMO positions in startups and Fortune 100 companies including Bank of America, Diebold, MasterCard and TSYS/Transfirst. He also has direct experience in the Payments, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Retail, Toy, and Office Solutions industries.
Randy earned his Masters of Business Administration at Kent State University, Kent, Ohio and a Bachelor's degree at Malone University, Canton, Ohio. Randy is an avid reader and an author of several fictional and lyrical poetry books.
